WESTDALE PILATES is about showing yourself love and compassion, not only through fitness but through exploration of movement. We pride ourselves to get to know you, know your name and goals. Our small group classes offer something for everyone.
A Pilates practice is a great complimentary workout for athletes and is a safe exercise modality for those with injuries or movement dysfunctions, as well as for prenatal or postpartum clients. Our approach is geared towards your personal needs, whether it be a rehab-based solo session, a duet with a friend or joining one of our group classes.

NEW TO PILATES, this will give you an introduction to Pilates and how to move with breath and core stability. We will show you the machines, so you feel more confident moving into group classes.

NEW TO PILATES or dealing with an INJURY or LIMITATION, or you are POSTPARTUM. We will focus on your individual needs.
