Our Philosophy -Why Us?

Westdale Pilates is about showing yourself love and compassion, not only through fitness but through exploration of movement. We pride ourselves to get to know you, know your name and goals. Our small group classes offer something for everyone.

A Pilates practice is a great complimentary workout for athletes and is a safe exercise modality for those with injuries or movement dysfunctions, as well as for prenatal or postpartum clients. Our approach is geared towards your personal needs, whether it be a rehab-based solo session, a duet with a friend or joining one of our group classes.

Designed for clients that want to get acquainted with the movement and language of Pilates, those that want to rehabilitate an injury or just want that extra bit of attention. You will build confidence and have fun!
